Market
Kate and Dan are the named Southwest Florida team. Coverage candidates are Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples, with surrounding requests reviewed rather than automatically accepted.
What the intake separates
Tell the coordinator whether the question is water entry, HVAC or condensation, a real-estate timeline, or a follow-up after cleanup. Those are different scopes.
Jacksonville is a separate launch market with Bryan See and Jasper. It is not this team’s coverage. Current-team status is roster history, not an independent credential or capacity check.
