Owner / Founder & Lead Inspector
Traveling network; Texas, North Carolina, and Washington footprint
Owner introduction
Lambros Avgerinos founded The Mold Dogs Organization LLC and leads its field-inspection and research-development work. Lamb connects canine observations with building history, moisture investigation, documented sampling, and written next steps.
Field approach
The investigation starts with the building: where water has been, which materials are still wet or were wet, and which cavities can actually be examined. Canine indications guide where to look. They do not name a species, prove viability, measure mycotoxins, or describe occupant health risk.
Responsibilities
Lamb reviews project scope, coordinates the assigned team, and connects the report to practical next steps. His framework records observed findings, laboratory evidence, suspected concealed conditions, and areas that remain inaccessible.
Assessment, cleanup, and verification stay separate roles when the project or the jurisdiction requires it. The quote names who is responsible for each.
Dogs and travel coverage
BQ (Biscuit Queen) and Bliss are the listed canine partners. Lamb’s traveling footprint includes Texas, North Carolina, and Washington, subject to confirmed routes and availability.
A scheduled stop is not a staffed local office. Travel charges, dates, and the assigned team are stated in the quote before work is booked.
Research development
Lamb is developing a canine biosensing research proposal focused on blinded testing and independent reference evidence. The proposed Harvard collaboration is a discussion concept. A partnership, appointment, or endorsement has not been established.
Public building-health research, including Harvard’s Healthy Buildings program, informs how moisture sources and building conditions are discussed. It does not validate this company, the canine teams, or any product.
Verified credentials
The title Lead Inspector is the assigned network role. Keep a verification record before publishing any CPI, InterNACHI, NORMI, CMI, IEP, or ICDDC credential: exact name, issuer, number where relevant, expiry, and verification URL.
No credential number is listed on this page yet. No Harvard degree, Harvard appointment, or state license is inferred. Use approved real headshots and dog photos when they are supplied. This page does not substitute invented portraits.
